I’m Jess Rose, a strategist of sorts, with a knack for building connections and finding that through line. I’m happy you are here.

I was born and raised in the Hoosier State. For those of you who aren’t from the Midwest, that’s code name for Indiana. The West Coast has been home to me for over a decade and I’m currently based in Eugene, OR.

It’s all about the experience.

Ideas and knowledge are in constant motion —they flow, shift, and evolve based on perspective and experience. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across private, public, and non-profit sectors as an educator, program manager, environmental consultant, event planner, and strategic communicator. My journey has taken me around the world, shaping the way I see it and engage with it.

Through it all, one truth stands out: storytelling and authentic connection have the power to transform how people interact with the world around them and with each other. I believe in that power, and I’m committed to using it to create meaningful impact.
